Venue and Event Lighting Workshop: March 1st, 2026 10am-4pm
Are you part of a drama group, help manage a local venue, or are you a musician? We’re bringing a lighting expert to Swift Current to teach community members about event and venue lighting. Topics covered include what are the different types of theatre lights, how do they work, basic installation, and basic lighting board operation. Our expert will answer your questions! A great opportunity to hone your skills or learn new ones to level up your performance venue setup.
Tickets for the full day workshop are $50 for adults and $30 for students with student ID. Group rates and financial support available. Please contact coordinator@windscapekitefestival.ca for support or more information.
