Festival FAQs 2024

Make the most of your festival experience

Accessibility

We are committed to providing a meaningful experience for all guests. Our site features a newly paved pathway up from the parking lot, paved tent floor surface, and a wheelchair accessible porta-potty in our gravelled compound area. We do our best to reduce gopher holes and uneven ground surfaces on the rest of the site, but do note we are in a city park.

Rain or Shine

Our event runs rain or shine, so make sure to dress in layers, wear bug spray, and have proper footwear. Attendees are required to walk from the parking area up to the festival site. Exceptions are if there is lightning or weather that makes it unsafe for us to be together. If we do have to shut down the show, stay tuned for updates on our social media platforms – the show may be back on, moved, or cancelled.

Treats

Get your fill of festival favourites including popcorn, candy bags, smokies, and ice cream treats. We will also have local food truck 3K's Kitchen onsite cooking up a selection of their delicious Filipino cuisine. .

Bevvies

Assorted beverages will be available at the bar, including a selection from Black Bridge Brewery, or at the concession including bottled water, pop, juice, and non-alcoholic beer. Liquor tokens are required for alcoholic bevvies and are $6/each. Free water refills are available onsite. Designated drivers are offered free pop or juice with our Designated Drivers Program.

Take care of our site!

Help us keep it clean by placing your trash and recycling in the appropriate receptacles. Please keep the porta-potties clean. Wash your hands. Use hand sanitizer. Knock to see if there is someone in there already!

Lost & Found

Lost items will be kept for 3 weeks before being donated to charity. If you are missing something, please check in with festival staff and we will do our best to help you.
